Portal Overview

00:00: This portal has been created to make it easier for our staff to find the forms,

00:03: resources, and operational tools

00:06: you need—all in one place.

00:08: To access the operations portal, go to the church's main website, scroll down to the

00:13: footer, and click the link that says operations portal.

00:18: This will bring you to a login page where you will enter your username and password

00:22: to access.

00:25: Once you're logged in, you'll see several options.

00:27: This is where you'll find the central Hub to access forms,

00:31: resources and staff tools.

00:32: For example, if you're requesting time off or looking for employment-related information,

00:37: select Human Resources. If you need help with newsletters, website updates,

00:42: graphics, or social media, choose Communications. Facilities include

00:47: requests for building use,

00:48: maintenance, and cleaning. The Events section provides resources for planning church

00:53: events and coordinating volunteers. You'll

00:55: also find our Training Guides, where we'll continue adding tutorials, operational

01:00: procedures, and quick reference materials to help you navigate our systems

01:04: and processes.

01:09: Each page has been designed to give you everything you need in one convenient

01:14: You'll find a brief overview of the process, helpful information, answers to common

01:20: questions, and any forms related to that process.

01:23: Click the Request Time Off option to begin submitting your time off

01:26: request.

01:28: Complete the form, submit your request, and it will automatically be routed to the

01:32: appropriate staff members for review and processing.

01:36: Once your request has been processed, you'll receive a notification with the

01:39: outcome.

01:40: As we continue improving our internal operations, you'll see additional resources,

01:45: forms, and training materials added to the portal.

01:49: Our goal is to make everyday processes as simple, clear, and consistent as possible.
