We understand that time away from work is important for rest, personal commitments, and family needs.
This page provides everything you need to submit a time off request and understand what to expect after it's submitted.

What You Need to Know

Before submitting your request, please:

✅ Confirm the dates you are requesting.

✅ Calculate the total number of workdays requested.

✅ Include any information your supervisor should know.

✅ Submit your request as early as possible to assist with scheduling and ministry planning.

What Happens Next?

Once your request is submitted, here's what you can expect:

Number 1

Administrative Review

Your request is reviewed to ensure all required information has been provided and is sent to be approved.

Number 2

Leadership Review

Your supervisor or ministry leader reviews your request.

Number 3

Final Processing

Once approved, your PTO balance will be updated and you'll receive an email confirming the status of your request.

Questions You May Have

How far in advance should I submit a request?

Whenever possible, please submit requests as early as you can so departments have adequate time to plan schedules.

Will I receive confirmation?

Yes.

You'll receive an email confirming the status of your request once it has been processed.

What if my plans change?

Please contact the Parish Administrator or Academic Dean to withdraw your current request. Return to this page to submit another request.

Who do I contact if I have questions?

If you have any questions regarding your request or available PTO, church employees should contact Eleanor Dixon, Parish Administrator.

School employees should contact Theresa Cory, Academic Dean.
