Adult Bible Study

Sunday Morning Adult Bible Study Sundays at 9:00 AM

What if the life you've always longed for isn't found by striving harder, but by following Jesus more closely?

In The Good and Beautiful Life, James Bryan Smith invites us to rediscover Jesus' answer through the Sermon on the Mount. Together, we'll explore how Christ's teachings transform our hearts, replace destructive patterns with life-giving truths, and help us experience the joy, peace, and freedom found in God's Kingdom. Join us as we learn to become more like Christ—one day at a time.

Whether you're new to the faith or have followed Christ for years, this study offers practical wisdom for everyday discipleship.

The church has books available for a suggested donation of $20. Click here to donate.

Women's Bible Study

Women’s Bible Study: Stepping Up

October 14–December 2, 2026

Join the women of Christ Church for Stepping Up: A Journey Through the Psalms of Ascent, a Bible study by Beth Moore exploring Psalms 120–134.

These 15 psalms were sung by pilgrims as they journeyed to Jerusalem for the great festivals of the Lord. Filled with expressions of fear, doubt, hope, gratitude, joy, repentance, and praise, they give us a beautiful picture of what it means to bring every part of our journey before God.

Through personal study and group teaching sessions, Stepping Up invites us to explore themes including unity, joy, gratitude, redemption, repentance, blessing, and facing opposition all while growing toward greater intimacy with God.

Study Book

Participants will need Stepping Up: A Journey Through the Psalms of Ascent – Bible Study Book by Beth Moore. The book includes personal interactive study for five days each week as well as viewer guides for the group teaching sessions.
